I Believe In ......... Happily Ever After - G45 Mini-Album

Well it has been a lovely month and I have failed to post anything for a couple of weeks, yet again. We have had a fabulous walking holiday in the Lake District with Gracia and Josh and this week Gracia has been home and we have had several days out - making memories instead of scrapping them.
For my ATDML DT kit this month I had some Graphic 45 - not my favourite paper manufacturer but I did like the projects I made with it. The first was a mini album for a friend who got married earlier in the month.
Part of my kit was from the Enchanted Forest range which I thought it would be ideal to make a little mini book, for Michaela, as she is a drama teacher and very romantic. We had just worked together on several Shakespeare plays and the characters on these papers reminded me of those.
In my box of goodies I also had some G45 Policy Envelopes which I decided to incorporate into my album.
I used my Silhouette to cut the pages, cover and bindings and then set to making my album.

Finally, I used up the remainder of the kit to backfill some stars that I had used my Silhouette to cut and added a little bit of doodling and three of the cut out stars for a page showcasing a photo David took when we were at a beach 19 years ago!

ATDML Retreat Classes and Silhouette Design of the Week - 12th April 2016

During the first weekend of April I was teaching a lovely bunch of ladies at the ATDML retreat, I had a class on Friday and a class on Sunday.
My first class was a double layout that documented Gracia from two weeks old until she was 16. A layout I had wanted to do for some time. For this I used Bella Blvd She Blooms and the title of my layout was aptly She Blooms.
